Privacy
This page explains what the HCT WFH Cup site stores, where it comes from and what you can ask us to do about it. The short version: it holds race results that are already public, nothing you type in, and it sets no tracking cookies.
What we store, and why
About team riders. For each rider on the HCT team we store: the name and rider ID they use on Zwift, their Zwift racing category and Zwift Racing Score, and their results in the race series we track (finish time, position, category raced, average power, heart rate and weight-adjusted power as reported by ZwiftPower). This is what a league table needs and it is used for nothing else.
Where it comes from. All of it is collected automatically from ZwiftPower (zwiftpower.com) and Zwift (zwift.com), where it is already publicly visible to any logged-in user. We do not collect anything from you directly: there is no sign-up, no form and no account.
Open series. Some series are marked as open, meaning every finisher of those races is shown, not just HCT riders. If you raced in one you may appear by your Zwift name with your result, exactly as on ZwiftPower. The rights below apply to you just the same: ask and we will remove you.
Legal basis. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a team league from results the riders have already made public by racing on Zwift and registering with ZwiftPower. Riders can object at any time (see below).
About visitors. The site keeps no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie is a session cookie used by the admin login, which does nothing for ordinary visitors. Standard web server logs (IP address, page requested, time) are kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security and fault-finding.
Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends its request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads. Google's privacy policy covers that.
Who can see it
The tables are public. Anyone with the address can view them. Rider data is not shared with anyone else, sold, or used for marketing.
How long we keep it
Results are kept for as long as the series they belong to is shown on the site, which may be indefinitely for the record. Riders who leave the team stop appearing on the tables but their past results are kept so they return intact if the rider rejoins. Ask and we will delete them instead.
Your rights
If you are a rider on these tables you can ask us to show your name differently, to leave you out of the tables, or to delete everything we hold about you. You can also ask what we hold. Email the contact address in the footer and we will act within a month, usually much sooner. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Where it is held
The site and its data are hosted in the UK/EU with IONOS. Data is fetched from Zwift and ZwiftPower, whose own privacy policies apply to what they hold.
